I am a massage therapist and movement educator. I have trained under yoga instructors, pilates instructors, thai chi instructors, physical therapists, and all the latest movement modalities. I combine the best they have to offer in my classes to help people create new patterns, and strong, balanced, pain free movement.

My Story

 

I have been in the fitness world my whole life. I grew up watching my mom teach classes in a fun Richard Simmons studio with lights and everything! I have always been involved in sports and I still love a good triathlon, although I am much slower these days. My children are all amazing athletes. I love watching them compete!

After the birth of my fifth child, I had a horrible separation in the front of my pelvis. It was excruciating! I could not walk for a week and it was years before my feet worked together without pain. I did physical therapy and chiropractic for years and I thought I would not ever be able to run again. Then I learned some better exercises, and everything changed! Now I run all the miles I want and feel great!

As a massage therapist and trainer, I love helping other people get their life back! I love helping people unravel the patterns of imbalance in their body and seeing them feel better again. Join me and see if you don’t feel better too!
