What can you expect from a Mobility Build and Release Class?
Each class is designed to solve a problem. It is designed to recalibrate your movement and your nervous system. You will spend about fifteen to twenty minutes releasing muscles that are holding joints out of place and then about fifteen to twenty minutes building up muscles to help hold that joint in the right place. You will come away with a stronger mind body connection, a down regulated nervous system, and you will feel amazing!
